Wintersday suggestion
I'm going to keep this short and sweet, so here it goes.
First off, if you were playing April 1st, you may have realized in LA (I donno if it was every outpost or not) every man was a woman and every woman was a man.
It'd be kind of nice if we could have the same type of thing in outposts, but instead of being a woman (or man) we turn into a Wintersday Character.
For example..
Warriors would look like Santa Claus/ Mrs Claus
Necros would look like "Grenthies" (or whatever they were)
Monks would look like Dwayna's helpers (or look like the Avatar of Dwayna, not the Dervish form)
Mesmers would look like the lil elves.
For the rest of the bunch idk lol
This would kind of ruin the whole potion that transforms people into the whatevers, but IMO I think it's wrong that people try to make profit off of events meant for fun. (please don't talk about this if you disagree, my thread isn't about this statement)
Anyways, of course this would just be in whatever towns are decorated with wintersday decorations.
EDIT: seems people might want the idea, but would want to be able to change it as well, so I guess if Anet even looks at this idea they could make it so you can be your normal character or be a christmas (wintersday) critter.

Sounds like fun
Might be a bit hard to impliment, but that's why I'm just finishing up my first semester of programming and the people who work for Anet are getting paid.

This goes up to around *does some random calculations* well I forget which programming language gw's programmed in
this suggestion could range from 100 lines (if they have a good language with arrays and for loop statements available) to...well you don't want to know if they programmed it in a stupid language without them.

Could limit the disguises to male/female melee, and male/female casters. That's 4 disguises that shouldn't be too difficult to add into an Enviromental Effect.

ENCHANTED SNOWMEN for ELEMENTALISTS!!!
For what it's worth I'm /not_signing this, I like my character the way she is. The April Fools thing was novel for 5 mins, but after that, I wanted my old character back.

Upon entering a town, a dialog box pops with this greetings and a costume selection.
"Yo hi there, stranger! we are celebrating winterdays and is having a costume party, would you like to dress up as (someone has to come up with better greetings :P)
a b c d e.... etcetera.
You choose one and enter the town. and will remain as that until you log out.
And hoping for the return of Costume Brawling during Winterdays.

Combine Costume Brawling with Snowball, and you're done. Don't take away my character's unique appearance in towns and outposts.

/signed for Costume Snowball.
Please let us be Eve this time too.
What's with Devona/Mhenlo/Cynn/Adian/Eve, Eve was the only one who got left out.

/what he said
Its a fun idea but I would like a way to reject it in game as well. I like how my sin looks. I am not saying I dont want it, you can be a freaking elf or fat bearded criminal if you want. But I want to beable to take it off.
